After replacing the board I got black screen and spa music which is normal. I changed out the main board, A-207-256-4C. Also the Ethernet port stopped working. These periods got longer the more the tv was in use.

Then tv powered off and on a couple times and then LED went solid Green. Amber and Green lights flashed and then white light flashed, then pulsing white light. I unplugged the tv, installed the usb stick and then plugged back in. Extracted zip to my usb stick (16GB). I then downloaded the latest software from Sony support site 6.827.
